Zulu's tribe

The Zulu's tribe is the largest South African ethnic group. 10-11 million people who live mainly in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Small numbers also live in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique.
Zulu’s languages, is a Bantu languages, part of the Nguni subgroup. The Zulu’s kingdom played e big role in South African history during the 19th and 20th centuries.
They are today the most numerous ethnic group in South Africa, and now they have equal rights along with all other people.
The Zulu were originally a major clan in what is today Northern KwaZulu-Natal. At that time the region was occupied by many large Nguni communities and clans.
Nguni communities had migrated down Africa’s east coast over thousands of years ago, as part of the Bantu migrations probably arriving in what is now South Africa in about 9th century A.D.

The king of zulu's tribe is Shaka. Zulu's used war shield too. They live in huns.

Easter

Easter is 40 days after Ash Wendnesday. The name of these 40 days is Lent. During Lent people stop eating their favourite food, like chocolate and sweets.
Easter bacame a Christian festival because Jesus died and at Easter he resurected two days later. He died two thousand years ago.
People at Easter send cards with baby sheep, rabbit or chicken on them. Eggs are the sign of new life and it is very important at Easter .
Children and woman decorated hats, called Easter bonnets. On it they put flowers, rabbits and chickens in Easter bonnet parade.

I chose this celebration because every year I go to Italy for see my family and I eat lot of chocolate eggs. And the 14 of April it is my birthday!!!!!!!!! This year I ate 6 chocolate eggs!!!!!!!
